Study programme

 My career is dentistry, and it's a very hands-on career, so online classes affect the way we study and learn.

I have 7 different subjects, the heaviest of which are diagnostics and simulation. Everyday classes start at 8 am, I would change this, and postpone it at least one hour, because if the classes were face-to-face, I would have to get up at 5:30 am to be able to get to the university on time.

I don't really have a problem with the amount of information shown in each class, but I do find the graded papers unnecessarily long, or complicated in terms of finding information about them, forcing us to spend time, that we don't have, on activities that are not that important. These types of jobs would make it less heavy, but at the same time less time to complete them

I don't know the faculty very well, but the little I have seen I liked it, although it might lack some space if under normal circumstances all the students, from all the years, go there. One place i have not seen and would like to visit is the library of the faculty, it is the quiet place i need to study, because my house is chaos 😅

I feel that this pandemic has show to the educational institutions a new way of teaching, and it is likely that in the future this "online" form will take on an important weight, mixing it with face-to-face teaching.

A time traveler

 If I could travel in time? Where would I go?

I vote for visiting the future. It would be a trip full of risks, but humanity has made great improvements in the last few centuries and if the trend continues, I expect to see great things.

I would probably go with a friend, to by with me in this extravagant adventure, also, to help me if I get lost, because I am very bad with the locations, and as I don´t know how the streets will be, it´s better safe than sorry 🤣🤣

One of the things I would do would be to see the technological and medical advances that have been made in those years. I would also watch sequels of series or movies that I was watching in the present, so I avoid the spoilers that I could suffer if I wait.

I don´t think I would like to stay in a future time, I feel that I would lose the "connection" between what I lived in the past and what I will live in the future. Besides, it would be so much fun to go back to the past, be with yours friends, and say something that you know is going to happen and it does. They would be left with their mouths open hahahaha

My future job

 As the months go by while I am studying dentistry, I realized that there is no other job that appeals to me as a career. So, if I could choose a career again, I would choose dentistry.

I´m still not sure what specialization I´ll want, but once I graduate, I´m sure that I´ll want to start working as soon as possible.

I honestly don´t find myself able to create my own business or anything like that, so, I think I would work as a dependent in some hospital. I would have my little office with the dental chair where I would work on, or maybe some big area where I would work with others colleagues who work there.

I would not like to have to travel constantly to different countries while I´m working somewhere. But I would like, at some point in my life, to go to another country to work, where I have to star "from the beginning" again. I feel it would be a good challenge, for when life no longer surprise me, but that will be in the very distant future.

I have a lot of thing to do here before I leave, and many of them cost money, so I would hope that, I don´t know about my very first job, but that I would have a good income. It may not be the most important thing, but unfortunately it is what is necessary to achieve what I want in my life.

Wild animales and pets

 I haven´t had many pets in my life, but when i had them i became very fond of them. Since then, I consider myself an animal lover, I can´t see any animal without the desire to pet it, no matter if it is from the street or in a farm or from a friend.

As an animal lover, I hate any attempt to harm them, but I am in favor that, they can be used to improve the health system through medical research, but always taking into account the animal as a living being that feels.

I have never been bitten by a dog, but scratched by cats countless times 😂. Besides, as they are more solitary animals, whenever I get close to one, it either leaves or scratches me when I try to pet it. This let me know in a quick way that Im more of a dog person than a cat person.

A long time ago, I thought about what animal I would like to be, and the idea came to me quite quickly.

If i could be any animal, it would be a Koala, because the idea of spending 15 hours per day sleeping seems beatiful to me. Aaahhhhhhhhh, what i would give to be able to sleep those hours, I would be very happy if that could happen 😍

My childhood

Not many things remind me of my childhood, but one that does, is the smeel of lilies. Because my mom had the garden full of those flowers. That always remind me of the time I used to play with my brother and how we chased each other around the garden.

The best memory I have was one Christmast  when i was 6 years old, and my uncle gave me a bicycle. At that time I didn´t know how to use it, but it was still amazing.

So, the next day my journey of learning how to ride a bike began. At first I thought it was very easy, until I removed the training weels, then every 2 meters, I was falling down. It took me about 2 weeks to learn to ride a bike, it was all thanks to my dad, who held my back and prevented me from falling down in the middle of the passage where I was practicing.

Despite the ups and downs that my family went through, my childhood was pretty good and fun. I always go to sleep thinking that I would like to go back to that age without worries and just enjoying myself.

The best concert I´ve been to

 My very best concert experience this far was seeing Green day live in Santiago on November 17th of 2017. This was actually my first concert, and was an awesome experience.

I went with a friend of mine, who had two tickets but no partner, so she asked me if i can go with her. We arrived a few hours early so we could be in a location with a good view, but in spite of that, many people had already arrived, and the best spots had already been taken.

When the band came on stage, the stadium was already full. And it was very entertaining to see how the audience sang, danced and participated in the show, obviously me and my friend were not far behind, and we sang all the songs until we were speechless.

As it was in November, we were in summer, which together with the amount of people in the place, generated an inmense heat. Luckily, the staff of the place helped us, and with giants hoses, they threw water to the public, thing that made the concer even morde entertaining and funny.

I really had a great time that day, and the memories are a lot of fun. That´s why I still have the entry ticket in my wallet 😂. I hope in the near future, to be able to go to another Green Day concert, they are much better live

A country i would like to visit

Throughout the world there are many exotic countries I would like to go to, but if I had to choose only one, It has been very clear for a long time. If I could only go to one place, it would be Norway.

I'd like to visit Norway for the calmness of its forests, the snow covered meadows, and the beautiful dance of the Northern Lights, those are some of the reasons why I am so attracted to this country.

If I went there I would like to walk around the different landscapes that the country has, visit the beautiful views up the mountains. Someone told me that at the night, the best thing you can do, is to camp outdoors, with a free view of the sky, and enjoy the colors and the stars. He said that it is an experience that will stay with you for a lifetime. 

However, I am sure that the food in Norway will not be my favorite, since it is characterized by being mainly fish and seafood, something that I don't like very much hahaha. Also, for me, the language is very complex, so living or studying there would be very difficult.

But I'm sure I will go, I lack many things, but I know I will make it
